Ebay is the world's biggest marketplace, it's were you will undoubtedly be able to present yourself to the largest consumer audience without spending thousands if not millions on advertising.

This kind of exposure comes at a price though, and that price is large profit reducing fees aswell as (in most cases) a high amount of competition.

There are something like a billion people on the internet today (well maybe not quite that many, I don't know the exact figures but you get the picture) and that means you have countless potential customers .
To the inexperienced seller this sounds like it would be pretty easy to get a load of new customers without much time, money or effort.

We've all done it, it's a fact of business, you've bought in some stock but for some reason there's a few items which you just can't seem to sell no matter what you do. Maybe you need to sell them in order to free up enough cash to buy in your next order so freeing that money up is essential to move forward.

Advertising is all well and good but it can cost you a lot of money, sometimes without much return. For the average new online trader, your budget can be tight so you need ways of attracting new customers/making them aware of you and gaining trust.
How are you going to go about doing all that without spending thousands on advertising and marketing, well here's a couple of ebay based...
